On December 6, the regular sitting of the RA National Assembly presided over by the Speaker of Parliament Alen Simonyan was held.

The members of the Council debated and approved the draft agendas of the second session of the eighth convocation of the National Assembly and the regular sittings to be convened on December 7 also set the sequence and the duration for the debate of the agenda items of the regular sittings.

The duration of the debate of the draft package on Amending the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia was established un to 90 minutes.

24 items were included in the draft agenda of the regular sittings to be convened on December 7.

Amendments were made in the decisions of September 16 006—A, October 4 010-A, October 25 018-A, 019 and 020-A, 2021 of the NA Council.
